The Director General of the Ministry of Health Development, Dr. Mohamed Abdi Hergeye opened today the 5-Year Immunization Consultative Meetingt between the MOHD and It’s Local and International Partner Organisations.

The DG of the Ministry of Health along with the Head of TB Program and the Director of Hargeisa Group Hospital and several other officials had been in Nairobi in order to be part of a team that were setting the Somaliland National Strategic Plan for TB Program in 2024 -2026.

The Director General of the Ministry of Health Development Dr. Mohamed Abdi Hergeye had received a shipment of medical drugs from UNICEF on behalf of the Ministry. The handed over drugs was stored in the Ministry drug’s warehouse.

The Taiwan Representative Office in Somaliland handed over orthopaedic materials and drugs to the Ministry of Health Development.
