
The Director General of the Ministry of Health Development, JSL, has concluded a training on the DHIS2 Tracker Program (eIR) SystemThe Director General of the Ministry of Health Development of the Republic of Somaliland, Dr. Ahmed Mahmoud Jamaac, today officially concluded a training session for Health Information Officers, Vaccination and Child Health Officers in the regions of the country and the Ministry’s Headquarters.

This training session focused on the DHIS2 Tracker Program – Electronic Immunization Registry (eIR), a modern system for managing and enhancing the transparency and reliability of vaccination data across the country, to facilitate the planning and monitoring of health services.

At the closing ceremony of this training, the Director General was accompanied by the Director of the Department of Child Health and Vaccination, the Head of Health Information at the Ministry, and officials from agencies working with the Ministry in the field of health development.
The Director General thanked the participants for their commitment to improving the quality of health data, urging them to take the knowledge they gained from the training back to their home regions to serve the community.
