The Minister of Health Development JSL Dr. Hussein Bashir Hirsi, together with the director general of the Ministry of Health Development, Dr. Ahmed Mohamud Jama, who in the last few days was on a work trip to observe the general health situation in the Sanaag region, handed over medical supplies and medicines to the general hospital today, the city of Erigavo.
A brief ceremony of handing over these medicines and medical supplies to the general hospital in Erigavo was attended by the minister of the Education and Science, some members of the House of Representatives, the health coordinator of Sanaag region, the director of the hospital and other guests.
These medical supplies and medicines are in great need of the hospital, and the officials of the Ministry when they received this need responded quickly to participate in the efforts for the development of health services in the whole country.
