The Minister of Health Development, Hon Hassan Gaafaadhi attended an event of which the Ministry of Health Development, The Ministry of Education and Local Municipalities of Hargeisa, Berbera, Sheikh, Zayla, Burao and Borama were signing a memorandum of understanding.
The MOU was part of a JPLG program of which these ministries and municipalities are jointly implementing in those districts and localities.
