
Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) Signing Ceremony for Collaboration between the Ministry of Health Development and Private Child Care Facilities.

The Ministry of Health Development (MoHD), in collaboration with Population Services International (PSI), held a formal signing ceremony for the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on Child Care, which is part of the Global Financing Facility (GFF) Family Planning and Reproductive Health (SRH) project.

The meeting focused on the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the Ministry of Health Development and 25 private health facilities (PPP), which have been formally selected to participate in the program. The objective of the agreement was to strengthen government-private partnerships to expand access to and quality of Family Planning and Reproductive Health services.

During the meeting, the importance of effective collaboration between the Ministry and private health facilities was emphasized, which is the basis for the development of the health system, especially child development services that reach communities in need.The meeting ended with success and full consensus, and it was demonstrated how joint cooperation can contribute to improving the quality of services, their availability, and their sustainability.

The Director General of the Ministry of Health Development, Dr. Ahmed Mahmoud Jama, who officially signed and concluded the event, spoke in depth about the importance of collaboration between the Ministry and private health facilities. He emphasized that this agreement is a strategic step to strengthen and develop child development and family reproductive health services.
