National Consultation on Postgraduate Medical Education

The Ministry of Health Development of the Republic of Somaliland today officially concluded a national consultation on Postgraduate Medical Education, a conference that was of great importance for the development, improvement and sustainability of health services in the country.The consultation was jointly organized by the Ministry of Health Development and Global Health Partnerships, which are working together to strengthen the health education system, enhance knowledge, and develop the skills of future doctors in Somaliland.

The conference was attended by senior leadership of the Ministry of Health Development, heads and officials from the Universities of Amoud, Hargeisa and Burco, as well as representatives from the National Higher Education Authority, which plays a key role in the development, guidance and implementation of education policies in the country.
