
The Vice President of the Republic of Somaliland, His Excellency Mohamed Ali Aw-Cabdi, today officially launched the national Pneumonia, Measles and Polio vaccine campaign.

The campaign is a large-scale campaign to raise awareness among the public to ensure the health of children, and has officially started in all regions and districts of the country.

The launch event was well-organized and attended by senior officials from the Somaliland government. The event was attended by the Minister of Health Development, the Minister of Employment, Social Affairs and Family, the Minister of Investment, the Minister of State for Education, and the Director General of the Ministry of Health Development.

Also present were some of the international and local organizations working with the Ministry of Health Development, distinguished health workers and other important guests

.The Vice President stressed the importance of this campaign for public health, especially in protecting children and preventing serious diseases. He urged parents and the general public to participate in the campaign and benefit from the free vaccination services being provided throughout the country.
