
The Minister of Health Development of the Republic of Somaliland, Dr. Hussein Bashir Hirsi, today received in his office the Special Envoy of the Government of Finland for the Horn of Africa, Sultan Said Ahmed, and health investors who are planning to open a high-quality health center in the country.

These investors have extensive experience in health services, having previously established health centers in Ethiopia and the United States. The purpose of their visit to Somaliland was to launch a new project to establish a high-specialty health center in Somaliland, which will greatly respond to the health needs of the country.

Minister Dr. Hussein Bashir Hirsi welcomed the envoy and the investors, warmly discussing the importance of modern health centers for Somaliland. He noted that the Ministry has always been committed to encouraging and facilitating the activities of individuals and organizations that want to contribute to the development of health services in the country.

“The Ministry fully supports anyone who wants to implement quality health services in the country. We are ready to facilitate all legal and administrative activities that they need, God willing,” said Minister Dr. Hussein Bashir Hirsi.
