The Minister of Health Development of the Republic of Somaliland, Dr. Hussein Bashir Hirsi, accompanied by the Director General of the Ministry of Health Development, Dr. Ahmed Mahmoud Jama, and another large delegation who departed for a working trip to the Eastern Region of the country, were warmly welcomed in the capital of Saraar Region, Caynaba.
The Minister and the large delegation he led shook hands with the authorities and the community who warmly welcomed them to Saraar Region, after which the Minister and his delegation were escorted to Caynaba city, where they held a large meeting with the Regional Administration, Health Workers and Administration, elders and traditional leaders of the Region, and listened to a general report on the current situation in the Region.
The Minister of Health Development and the Director General presented the Saraar Regional Administration with a modern emergency vehicle (Unbalance) and medical supplies intended to contribute to the development of health services in Saraar Region.
Finally, the Minister and Director General of the Ministry of Health Development officially laid the foundation stone for the expansion of Caynaba Hospital, which is part of the efforts of the Ministry of Health Development, and is also one of the first 100 days of the Waqqab and Wadajir government.
