The Ministry of Health Development of the Republic of Somaliland, has today started the quarterly inspection of health centers in the Marodijeh region under the project of the health center and other health centers in the Marodijeh region.
This inspection was led by the Director General of the Ministry of Health Development of the Republic of Somaliland, Dr. Ahmed Mohamud Jama and was accompanied by members of the Department of Health Services and Development of Hospitals and Community Health Services, the heads of the Ministry’s Health Development Project, Heads of the ALLIGHT Agency, which implements the Health Development Project, the coordinators of Marodijex and Hawd regions, and other officials from the Ministry of Health Development.In this inspection, the authorities have assessed the health conditions in the entire Hawd region, especially the main hospital in Balligubadle district, the central care center in Balligubadle district as well as health centers in Hawd region, such as Gumburaha, Bali-Cabane, Saylla, Baargoo, Haji-Haybe, the Mother and Child center in Gumar.
The heads of these health centers that were inspected have adequately informed the officials of the Ministry of Health Development, the services they provide to the community, the current challenges and any plans they need to be helped by the Ministry as a whole, especially the Health Development project.
The director general and other officials finally thanked the staff of health centers in Hawd region for the inspection they went through, as they work tirelessly for their community.
