The Director General of the Ministry of Health Development, Dr. Ahmed Mahmoud Jama, today chaired a meeting of the Emergency Situations Committee (Emergency Team) to find a solution to the current Dengue Fever situation in the country.
The meeting, which lasted for many hours, was informed about the latest cases recorded in the epidemic situation and the steps taken, as well as a data collection on the current state of the epidemic in all regions of the country to obtain official information that can be used.
The Director General of the Ministry of Health Development listened to various reports on the emergency situation committee, the current state of the epidemic situation and any steps that need to be taken urgently.
At the end of the meeting, the Director General shared with the community the outcomes of the meeting and the information produced by the committee, as well as shared with the community awareness on the methods to prevent fever and the appropriate steps to be taken by those affected by this bad situation.
