The Ministry of Health Development was part of ministeries and government institutions whose their employees took a training on the Somaliland National Constitution by the Ministry of Constitution.
Therefore, the Somaliland President Hon Muse Bihi Abdi awarded them a certificate of participation recieved by the Director General of the Ministry.
