The Ministry of Health and it’s nutrition program partners met yesterday as part of their monthly nutrition cluster meeting. The meeting which was facilitated by Dr. Mohamed Y. Duale, the Ministry’s Director of Nutrition and Food Security, was intended for the Somaliland nutrition sub sector and it has been discussed and shared the most recent information on the sector.
Among the issues discussed and informations shared in the meeting included reporting updates and issues about the nutrition services; recent drought responses and interventions; status of nutritional supply acquisition and distribution by each partner—their progress and challenges.
