The validation workshop for the draft operational manual for the decentralized service delivery in primary education and primary health care kicked of at Hamdan Hotel hargeisa yesterday.
The Director Generals of the Ministries of Interior, Education and Health attended the opening session of the workshop. Speaking at the workshop, the DG of MOHD thanked those who worked on the manual and stated that it will help the smooth collaboration between the ministeries, local councils, and JLPG partners.
