Somaliland Vice Minister of Health Hon. Liban Gahnuug has cut the ribbon a new Mother and Child Health Care Centre the Ministry installed in Balligudbadle District in Hawd Region and put the stone foundation for a new MCH in Baargo Village in same region.
The Vice Minister of Health Development had also overseen the General Hospital of Balligubadle and monitored the health service delivery in the region.
