The Minister of Health Development of the Republic of Somaliland, Dr. Hussain Bashir Hirsi, today received a delegation from World Vision in his office.
The minister was accompanied by the Director General of the Ministry of Health Development, Dr. Ahmed Mohamud Jama, the director of the Department of Planning and Policy Development and the advisor to the Minister, a delegation from the World Vision agency, and the senior officials of the Hargeisa office were present.
The purpose of this meeting was to get to know each other and discuss the health projects in collaboration with the Ministry of Health Development and World Vision. During this meeting, the needs and plans of the Ministry and the strengthening of the cooperative relationship between the Ministry and the Agency were discussed.
The officials of the Ministry welcomed the delegation, noting that it is important to strengthen and work together to improve the cooperation between World Vision and the Ministry of Health Development.
